my father is suffering from a skin problem and is unable to show the doctor immediately. It is almost a week and there are eruptions around the back of the neck which has spread to the ears. The pharmacy near our house is saying that it is a kind of harpis. How does it occur and what should one do as remedy? kindly suggest.
