Suggest Treatment For A Skin Infection

Hi my name is Gemma and I have a history of excema, fungal infections and skin infections. I have recently got a rash on my face around my mouth and eyes and in my ear. It looks like excema but I have tried Hydrocrotisone cream and it has not worked. Ive also tried fucibet and sudocream but nothing is working. Today the right side of my face is red and hot. What is this and how can i treat it?
