Suggest Treatment For A Skin Tag Under The Nostril

Hi, I had a spot just under the side of my nostril and my sister pulled it off and ever since theres been a piece of skin hanging ive tried pulling it off but it hurts alot and bleeds, its making me very self concious becuase its noticable .is there anything i can do?
