Suggest Treatment For A Small Bump On The Chin

I have a little bump on the side of my chin. It has been there since I was a child. Hairs grow out of it, and I am constantly plucking them out. The colorless non cancerous mole looks like a small pimple. It becomes slightly larger when I pluck the hairs out. My question is .... can this mole become flat?
