Suggest Treatment For A Spot On Nose And Itching On Face

3 weeks ago I had a "spot" up my left nostril and then the outer nostrils became sore and a little crusty. Small white spots then appeared under neath and on by hands. I saw an emergancy dr. on a Sat and he treated me for a cold sore with anbtibiotics and aciclovir cream. Later that day my face and neck were covered in blotchy weals with a few on my arm and between my fingers on the right hand. I thought that I was getting over it, but I have another spot up my nostril and my face has started to itch again.
