Suggest Treatment For A Spot On The Arm

i have a spot on my arm.....it is like a bruise, very tender to the touch, and it feels like there is a bb under the skin.....any ideas what it could be.....tried to look at it close to see if there is a bite, but i dont see one.....feels like there is fever in it too....
