Suggest Treatment For A Spot On The Face

Hello, ive had a spot on the right side of my nose now for about two years, it hasnt gone away. it does not really look like an acne spot any more, but just a red blemish, its not painful or anything of the sort. it is just very annoying i hate it being there, can you offer any solutions/ advice?
