Suggest Treatment For A Sticky Liquid Oozing Pimple On Face

so i had this bump on my face which felt like a pimple under the skin.. i guess i kinda scratched it or something.. and then it just strted bleeding.. so i squeezed it out.. but could never really be able to tell where the head is. Now all it does is just secret this sticky transparent liquid.. which seems to be water but is just so much stickier. What to do? it wont stop releaing this water andi cna already see im going to be getting a scar.
