Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Pimple-like Growth

So this morning i woke to, what i thought it was pimple, and later in the day it became really swollen. It on my upper right cheek right below my eye. I dont really think its really a zit and i would like to know what is and how to get rid of it, if thats possible.. Im pretty sure the cause of it is stress. Im seventeen, five feet four and a hundred and ten pounds...
