Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Throat And Cough

Hi I started out with a cold last Saturday and Sunday I woke with 102 fever and also Monday the same thing. I have no fever now but my throat is swelled and feels like cotton balls in there. My lymph nodes are swollen as well but nothing hurts. I have deep cough too!
