Suggest Treatment For A Torn Rotator Cuff

2-5-15 I slipped on a slippery floor at work feet and body went out from under me and I landed on the ball of my right shoulder. It was diagnosed as a torn rotator cuff. Surgery was performed and my question is will I be able to lift 50lbs required to be a scrub tech in the OR. I m 62 years of age and that limits my ability to perform 100% due to the rotator cuff tear, subacromial decompression and aromioplasty. I start rehab March 16th. If at all what possible rate % can I lose due to the on the job injury?
