Suggest Treatment For A White Circle With Red Dot On The Back

I am a 22 y/o old Caucasian male, active and fit, approx 155lbs. I have never had anything like this in the past. I recently had a flat white non-irregularly shaped circle show up on my back, with a small faint red dot in the center. The circle is flat and about the size of a dime.
