Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating Along With Flatulence

Hai, I am the problem of gas trouble and motion problem. After ate the food gas start forming and feel stomach is filled. Every motion urination process no problem but motion I feel problem. Every time I have push the motion and first full of gas blow out then small amount of motion comes . Like that I have to continue and it take more time. Motion is also in semi solid state. This problem I am facing from last 2 months . Please advise
