Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Accompanied By Cramping

My stomach feels pain in the middle upper and on my upper left side. I have had joint pain as well - all over. Yesterday I woke up feeling like I did 100 sit ups in my upper middle stomach and last night, the cramping woke me up multiple times. It felt like a painful gas pain, but I did not eat much yesterday. Not possible to be pregnant. I have a history of colon issues, but no outbreaks for a couple of years. I am over 50, but not 55.
