Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain After C-section

Hi, sir i am 24 years, last Tuesday on 17th Aug i delivered a boy, but it was a sigerian delivery, from last 5 days i have lot of pains in my abdomen, can you suggest something please, and another problem is, my kids eyes are getting yellowish what could be the reason???
