Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain After Having Intercourse

Hi I been having some bloding problem that if I press down mystomach my tube hurt but then it usually happen the the day after sex or someday it just happen but3 year ago I went and take a pee test because I'm not having regular period they say I had cholymedia but then my paretner went and check they say he don't had it so then it didn't make ssense cause he is my only paretner I ever had sex with so after that year I went and took a patsmear and they say I had a afection I didn't know what the name I was of the afection so I couldn't go and research what is really inside me but then she gave me some anitibotic called metronidazole but I didn't finish taken them because I felt like the symtom had disapeart and now it been 2 year and it coming back again if you know the name of the afection or think it the right afection would you please help me
