Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain After Undergoing Laparoscopy

I have been having very severe pain in my lower left abdomen. I went in on the 5th of October for a laproscopy. The doctor removed a lot of endometriosis and found that I have PCOS. Since the laproscopic I have had even more severe pain then I had before.
