Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Feeling Of Fullness

hi, I ve had abdominal pain for 3 weeks now, mostly above the navel and to the left of the stomach. My period has also been irregular, occurring every 1-2 weeks even though I am on birth control. The pain in my abdomen is like a fullness and hurts worse when pressure is added. There seems to be a mass above the navel, but the ultrasound was clear.
