Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Persistent Headaches

I have a 16 yr old male abdominal pains only in the morning the most or tonight he says it hurts the most it has. the pain started about 3 4 days ago accruing only in the morning asked then he said the pain was located just under his right rib cage presented with pain and tingling in the abdomen and a persistent headache, tonight the pain has moved to below or even with the belly button but still on his right side, still tingling. he is complaining of trouble pooping but still runny when he does as well as it is dark green and brown
