Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Sore Throat During Pregnancy

my daughter in law is about 10 weeks pregnant. Her 5 year old had brain surgery last week. At the time, she was nervous and was throwing up and began cramping. Today, she has flu symptoms but her abdomin is hurting terribly. No fever. Can t keep anything down, sore throat achy (whole body). She is crying she feels so bad, which is not like her. If something, even a shirt, lays across her stomach, she throws up. Is this pregnancy issues or the flu?
