Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Watery Stool Discharge

I have been experiencing pain around the navel area since about 11:00 o clock last night I did take a buscopan and it helped me sleep but this morning it returned I have had watery diareah and fell like I still have to go but nothing the pain is still there should I go to ER?
