Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain During Menstrual Cycle

Hi doctor, I m using meftal every month for period more than 6 tablet because I have sever pain, some time meftal can not reduce my pain , in that time I use teramadole , please help me I also marry but my pain not reduce Every month I have same problem!
