Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain While Breathing

I was kicked repetitively in the left side of my stomach 6 days ago.
I went to ER Last saturday Xrays showed no breaks but severely bruised.
The pain is still horrendous with every breath every movement.
I'm in intense pain. Could there be more wrong then what an xray shows?
