Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain,nausea And Headache

i have some abdominal discomfort, not painful or cramplike, just uncomfortable movement or twinges. I also feel a little nauseous and have a headache and some minor dizziness. These symptoms have been recurrent for the last 2 days. I am on the pill, and have recently had a full period, so although pregnancy is possible, its unlikely. What else could it be?
