Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pressure And Difficulty In Passing Urine

hello, well i previous contracted cystitus.. and i took medication but i still have the same feeling along with stomach feeling pressured and a head ache's.. ive been to the doctor and he did a urine test and it was negative for an infection or being pregnant.. i dont know whats wrong im drinking water and cranberry juice to try and flush whaters wrong out but it wont go?? any advice?
