Suggest Treatment For Abscess After Infection On Big Toe

I was given antibiotics to treat an infection on my big toe. i've been on txt for 2 1/2 days and today in the morning, had a little abscess come out. I still feel pain in the tissue that surrounds the nail and feel that it could be more abscess. does it need to be drained or does the body reabsorb it?
