Suggest Treatment For Abscess And Fistulas In Anal Area

Suffering of Chron s disease for 8 years. On a clinical trial as Remicade made me very sick. Got much better but continue to have problems with abbesses and fistulas in the anal area. I had setons put in and it helps to drain as there is always a discharge. I would like to know what foods to avoid to limit abcess built up.
