Suggest Treatment For Abscess In The Armpits

hello my daughter has suffered with abcesses under both her armpits had numerous surgery proceedures for the last 9 months we went to a different nhs hospital in january and she had a vac pump fitted to both armpits left armpit now closed but right armpit broke down and grew a surface bacteria that eats away at the flesh . She has now just gone through having a skin graph and there seems to be some kind of ooze coming from it yellowy green they didnt debribe the skin before doing the graph and im now worried again that something isnt right can you help
