sir, am having 2 abscesses in my buttock and am using metrogyl gel, after using it, pus with blood had erupted but still its inflamed and is sore with pain, can u help me in making me know to use metrogyl gel more efficiently if anything and any thing to be taken care of so that that can be remedied....
