Suggest Treatment For Abscesses In My Armpit

I have been getting abscesses which started in the armpit, then I got one on my stomach, one on my side, then every few weeks two on my chin. I took amoxycillin. They went away but were back a month later and have recurred ever since. I am doing voluntary work overseas which means I am a long way from proper medical care. What might this be?
