Suggest Treatment For Accumulation Of Fluid In Lung Cavity While Treating CKD

Hi, My father is a kidney patient, CKD and is under dialysis, thrice a week. He is having complaints with accumulation of fluid in the lung cavity and is currently under treatment in Medica hospital, Kolkata. They do the procedure for removal of water from the pleural cavity but the water soon starts getting accumulated. His condition is really bad and we seek for immediate transplant. We don t see any hope there though. Previously, we were under supervision of Dr. at CMC vellore. May i ask you if No objection certificate is required in CMC Vellore? If not we would head for CMC to get the transplant done, as the condition is deteriorating on a daily basis. Please advice ASAP.
