Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux At Night And Choking Sensation In Throat

Hi,I took fluctonase and then Nasonex for about 1 month ;3 days ago i got for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE a horrible acid reflux at night and horrible chocking like impression in my throat. today was the third night when I was sitting all night with coughing,burping, wheezing... I dont want to take Prilosec.I dont drink coffee,alcohol,dont smoke Im skinny;however easily anxieous....What is the option for me? Thank you
