Suggest Treatment For Acne And Dandruff

Hey,
i am 15 years old(female)i have been suffering from severe acne vulgaris and dandruff for the past 6 years.i have tried most of the medical treatments to cure acne but none of them worked.kindly suggest an effective way to cure acne and dandruff,and I would also like to know if seacod tablets can be taken inorder to cure acne.
