Suggest Treatment For Acne And Pimples

my name is faizan and i am from pakistan. i am male and 22 years old. i am suffering from acne and pimples. i went to the doctor in july 2008 and he prescribed me some medicines and i god rid from pimples for a year but now i am again having pimples. my skin is oily. please help me out. thanking you in anticipation.
