Suggest Treatment For Acne And Redness

hi.........
i have problem of acne for three months i m using gel containing clindamycin+benzoyl peroxide....
i m also using melas-h cream..... i m also using capsules containing isotretinoin.........
but problem is that acnes are continously growing ...redness is also increasing what should i do now
