Suggest Treatment For Acne And Scars On Face

hi Im 19 yrs old. I have an acne problem but since last month i prick one pustule in my cheeks then i put neosporin on it to make it heal faster caused it scabbed then after a week the scab turned red on the sides and it grew outwards it got bigger..please help what is this and how do i stop this?
