Suggest Treatment For Acne Leading To Pain And Swelling

Hi,I am 25 years old and I have acne problem. I know there must be some hormonal issues that become a reason of this specific but i have to get rid of this within four months as I am getting married. I want to add here that I have oily skin so i specially wash my face three to four times a day. My pimples are red colored, bit swelled always and painful too. Please help me
