Suggest Treatment For Acne Like Dots Below The Navel

I have small acne like dots, right beneath my belly button. They don't have puss or anything, they just showed up over night about a week ago and haven't went away. I am sexually active, but I have gotten tested for herpes and it came back negative. What could this be, and how do I treat it?
