Suggest Treatment For Acne On Face

Hi, I m Chris and currently I m facing blemishes on my face as well as acne. It s been years so I consulted dermatologist 6 weeks ago and he assigned me a prescription of Differin, Retacynl as well as Deoxyline pills. It s fine for the first two weeks and that s when my face turned worst, red and more acne were seen. I checked the details of the medications and they mentioned that I can only see the effects after 8 weeks. So should I continue applying them?
