Suggest Treatment For Acne On Forearms

Thank you for your service, I am 59 years old, I was stationed at Camp Lejeune over 2 years. I have slowly over many years,developed acne on my fore arms, and upper back. The last few years it has become permanent. Could this be from the exposure to trichloroethylene in our drinking water at Camp Lejeune 35 years ago?
