Suggest Treatment For Acne On Forehead

Hi, i have many small pimples on my forehead , all red ruining my whole face what should i do ? I have an acne prone skin , oily skin . I am currently using clean and clear pimple clearing face wash . Tried many facials I seriously don t know what to do , tired of pimples always occurring on my forehead , i also applied sebonac gel at night but it s not helping that much pimples come again . Plz help what should i do ?
