Suggest Treatment For Acne On Scrotum And Body Itching

Hi Dr. i m 37 year old man i have facing problem due acne on my scrotum and having itching on my whole body mostly i m facing itching from night when i go to sleep, i went dr and he give me a azomycin and anti algery table, but i m using this treament from 10 days but sill acne not disappare from my acne and also itching is not going so what can i do
