Suggest Treatment For Acne Vulgaris

My a/s/l is 22/m/B'lore-India. I have been having acne vulgaris ever-since I came to Bangalore about 5yrs back. About 4 yrs back i tried homeopathy & there were no promising results even after an year of treatment. So I stopped it.I started going to command Hospital & was given a menocycline(Tablet), Benze...(i dont exatly remember)(ointment), adepaline(ointment) & some other ointments. I continued this for about 3 yrs, the acne used 2 reduce for sometime & then used to comeback again, however at some stage when acne reduced considerably I was advised to go through Micro-Dermal Abberation so I did that for a period of 4-5 month(1ce in every month). However, the moment I discontinued Minocycline pimples came back again, frustrated with the length of the treatment & no permanent solution I stopped going to the hospital. Now over a period of time Pimples have become quite prominent. also I would like to mention that my digestive system has not been doing great ever-since I have come to Bangalore.
