Suggest Treatment For Acne

hello Dr.

i am a 22 year old female. i suffered from acne around 4-5 years back, it was soon treated and cured. since then i hardly have any acne problem, but i ofcten develop these small pink erruptions, they niether pain nor are very visible. they go in some time. but then they leave behind light scars and offlate i have noticed little holes on my face which are not because any acne but these small pink erruptions.

i naturally have normal-dry skin.

can you please tell me what kind of condition is this and the reasons. and what can i do to avoid/cure it.
