Suggest Treatment For Acne

Dear Doctor, I don't have an acne problem. Just aound my laugh lines area and the complete chin is dark. I have tried a few bleaching creams, of which it went away and it all comes back...what can i use to get rid of it pernamently. so confused and worried..ann
