Suggest Treatment For Acne

Hi, i am currently in my second month of taking antibiotics for acne prescribed to me by my doctor but they don't seem to be working and the spots are getting worse. They are all over my face, neck, chest and back. I am 24 years old and feel i shouldn't have bad skin at my age now, it's making depressed.
