Suggest Treatment For Acne,white Heads And Black Heads On Face

Hello Sir, I am from Gujarat-India. I am suffering from pimples also with white heads and black heads on face. actually my skin is very fair and oily.. but due to dark spots and white heads by face seems dull. So is there any permenent solution for removing dark spots and white heads from face? I never done any treatment for white/black heads. So how can i remove them? I am suffering sinec last 3 years.
