Suggest Treatment For Acquired Cutaneous Adherence On Scrotum

how to cure acquired cutaneous adherence on the scrotum? after shower the skin becomes sticky. when it dries it's a little better but i have been using a anti fungal powder and it helps relieve the stickiness for a while. What could be done about this?
