Suggest Treatment For Acute Condition Of Eczema

Hi, my brother is 42 yrs of age and has an acute condition of eczema and skin problem. He has not been successful in getting the right diagonsis through allergy tests or othewise. Doctors have been advising him steroids which are not a permanent solution. This situation has occured & aggravated in the last 4-5 years, before that he lived a healthy life besides the fact that he always had dry skin. I feel the right immunologist & allergy expert can help diagonize his situation. Can you please help?
