Suggest Treatment For Acute Diarrhea

I am waiting results from stool sample to check whats caused my acute Diorrea. . I could be from me handling 32 frogs some of which were dying in a stagnant pond with no gloves.. so awaiting result however I have been left with crippling stomache ache is this normal.. Diorreah lasted 48 hours
